
In 2004, The Yorkville Club launched a premium Yoga and Pilates program managed by The Yoga Studio (originally founded by Helen Goldstein in 1995). Over the years, fitness facilities and Yoga have crossed paths. The results, however, are often a watered down compromised version of a Yoga class, and those who truly wanted the best of both worlds would have to have memberships at both a fitness club and a Yoga Studio. But this is not the case at The Yorkville Club.
